  • Because of this, we don’t accept returns based on appearance differences.


Damaged or Defective?

  • Spot an issue? Tell us within 7 days.

  • Send us:

    1. Your order number

    2. What went wrong

    3. Photos of the problem


What We’ll Do

  • Verified issues = replacement or another fair solution.

  • Replacement shipping (for real defects) is covered by us.


For International Orders

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are your responsibility.

  • Replacement delivery times may vary depending on customs.
